Hearing Instrument Specialist
Lucye Ritchey is a National Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Licensed in both Missouri and Kansas, she has been helping members of the greater Kansas City area with their hearing healthcare needs for many years. Lucye started her career in the hearing industry in 2003 and soon recognized the difference that hearing can make in a person’s life. She connects with her patients throughout their hearing journey; identifying their specific concerns and utilizing her years of experience and knowledge of the latest technology to find an individualized solution for each patient. In her spare time, Lucye enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Carson Hertzler, BC-HIS
Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Carson is a National Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist from Lee’s Summit, MO. He went to the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO to get his Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and then went on to receive an additional degree in Hearing Instrument Science from Ozark Technical Community College in Springfield, MO. Carson is a licensed specialist in both Missouri and Kansas.
Carson is passionate about the process of improving people’s quality of life through hearing better. Hearing health is a journey, and he loves to walk alongside his patients in the process of it all.
Apart from work, Carson has a wife, two dogs, and loves to spend time on the lake during the summer months. Carson also is a big fan of all KC sports teams and loves a good dad joke.
Morgen Scott
Patient Services Coordinator
Morgen Scott is a Patient Services Coordinator / Audiotech. Morgen is originally from Newnan, Georgia and moved to Kansas City, Missouri in 2023. Morgen attended Georgia Film Academy and started working at Kansas City and Raymore Audibel in 2024. Morgen began working in the hearing industry in 2024 and was drawn to the profession because they wanted to help people and support them to be happy and confident.
What Morgen loves most about saving hearing lives is improving people’s everyday life and time with family and friends. Morgen strives on bringing smiles and fun in their everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Morgen loves hobbies such as musical theatre, crafting, and horseback riding.
