She struggled with hearing loss for years and even I had trouble communicating because I found myself constantly raising my voice and repeating myaelf while she still couldn't hear me well. Paul was amazing, he was professional, kind, and he helped us so much with the pricing for my grandmother's new hearing aids. Jordan was also great! He did the hearing test and he was very patient and understanding while doing so! Both of them were professionals but also sweethearts and I don't remember a time when I saw my grandmother as happy as she was that day. Thank you to Paul Bochterle and Jordan Turner for the wonderful care and compassion you showed us when we came in. I do or more people come here because you are two care professionals that are trustworthy and amazing!
